A project team is put together with you for your project. The project team consists of representatives from your organization and a DatAction Project Manager and Engineer. The project team keeps you constantly informed and you have a single point of contact. We implement and document your solution based on a fixed working method.
Design and planning
The basis of your new total solution is documented in the system design. In the system design, the design of the solution you have chosen is worked out in detail. This includes aspects such as project schedule, division of roles, equipment and network security. Thanks to the coordination and planning of your project manager, you are always aware of our activities.
After receiving all components at DatAction, we set up your equipment according to the system design. The solution is then extensively tested. After approval from your Project Manager, it will be sent to you or delivered on location.
The installation or construction of your solution on location can be part of your process. It will be determined in consultation whether DatAction carries out these activities itself or uses a specialized partner.
During delivery, a final test checks that all components work as laid down in the system design. After the project has been completed, we are ready to support you.
