    About Terminal Emulation<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Today, new mobile computers, terminals, or client computers work with graphically attractive and user-friendly touch screens. Although Graphical User Interfaces, (GUIs) and web-based applications are widespread nowadays, it is still a challenge for some business processes to be able to work with modern applications and touchscreens.<\/p>\n

    These companies are still using legacy WMS, MES, and ERP systems running on mainframes or older servers. This includes Unix, Linux, IBM mainframes, AS\/400 systems, etc. The systems are often based on text-based interfaces and require terminal access to communicate with them.<\/p>\n
