The project team consists on the one hand of representatives of your own organization and on the other hand of a DatAction Project Manager and Engineer. The project team keeps you constantly informed and you have a single point of contact.

The step-by-step plan

We document and implement your solution according to a step-by-step plan:

1. Definition

After a detailed description of your needs and requirements, we will work with the project team to shape the requested comprehensive solution. We define objectives, scope, results, budget and resources.

2. Planning

The different activities are mapped out, as well as their duration and dependencies. This allows the resources to be properly planned.

3. Execution

Everyone focuses on their tasks as defined in the project plan. The project team reports on progress and solves (unforeseen) problems.

4. Follow-up and control

The execution phase is monitored with attention to the realization of milestones and control of project costs.

5. Delivery

Here, our focus is on delivering the required “product” by means of a thorough performance test.
