Using specialized digital tools, DatAction usually answers all your questions remotely. However, sometimes an on-site intervention is the only solution, for example if the site cannot be reached remotely, or if it is more efficient for your company, such as sporadic or urgent problems.

On-site maintenance and repairs

Of course, on-site technical support is more than a move to your site:

  • Proper preparation requires that all details regarding hardware, assembly and software are already available in advance.
  • On-site support from your company is also required.
  • For possible aftercare, the intervention is extensively documented.

Preventive maintenance

Sometimes urgent intervention is required, but in most cases on-site support includes preventive maintenance on supplied warehouse solutions. We ensure, of course always in consultation with the customer, that all systems are monitored periodically. This takes place at the agreed location and at predetermined times.

Based on preventive maintenance, we guarantee optimal performance of your installation and ensure that no unexpected problems occur. Based on the specific use and application of the relevant hardware and software, DatAction advises on the frequency and duration of the site visit.
